PSA President Protest At The Annual Buddy Walk 2017

PSA President Watson Duke on Sunday protested with what he says is the "mistreatment and neglect by the government of persons living with down syndrome."

Mr Duke attended the 2017 Annual Buddy Walk where he made the statement.
