Seabridge Woes Unfortunate

Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly Kelvin Charles says plans are afoot to implement measures which give the THA control of the embattled seabridge.

This, when asked by reporters to share his thoughts on the issues plaguing the sea bridge.

Mr. Charles said he is not at all phased, he remains satisfied that the Port Authority has the situation under control.
