Consultation First Before Reducing Students' Lunch Hour

Minister of Education Anthony Garcia says teachers and parents will be consulted concerning the proposal to reduce lunch from one hour to 30 minutes at Primary Schools.

The National Primary School Principals' Association made the suggestion to the Ministry on Wednesday and Minister Garcia had said the proposal has merit.

However, at the Post Cabinet Press Briefing on Thursday he said discussions were to be had with stakeholders.
