House Speaker Bridgid Annisette-George says peace begins with each one of us.

She was addressing the young audience at the celebration of Commonwealth Day at the Parliament.

The young minds were receptive to the House Speaker as she called on each of the students to be the bearer of peace.

The day included song and dance recitals, and interactive sessions.

Commonwealth Day is the annual celebration held on the second Monday in March by countries of the Commonwealth and is not a public holiday in most countries.
