JSC On Medical Malpractice

The President of the Medical Board Dr. Terrence Seemungal says there's no protection against medical malpractice in Trinidad and Tobago.

This as Doctors can practice in the country without a license and there is nothing that can be done to stop them.

Dr. Seemungal told a Joint Select committee their hands are tied.
