The budget revenue is predicated on an oil price between US$48 and US$50 and gas price of $2.25 per MMBTU.

Total Revenue: $47.441 Billion
Oil Revenue: $2.575 Billion
Non-oil Revenue: $44.866 Billion
Total expenditure net of capital repayments and sinking fund contributions: $53.475 Billion

Fiscal deficit for 2017 is estimated at $6 billion

Allocations:
National Security: $7.625 Billion
Education and Training: $7.222 Billion
Health: $6.250 Billion
Public Utilities: $3.293 Billion
Works and Transport: $2.087 Billion
Rural Development and Local Government: $1.191 Billion
Agriculture: $776 Million
