Police probe 2 homicides: One in Marabella, another in La Horquetta

Police are investigating two separate murders.

The most recent occurred in South Trinidad just after 12am on Monday.

Police said 21 year old Kernel John of Vistabella was shot multiple times while liming at Kitchener Street, Marabella.

He was rushed to the San Fernando General Hospital where he died.

Police have no motive for the killing

The second incident happened around 9pm on Sunday.

Reports state that Ricardo Grant of Diego Martin got into an argument while liming with friends at Jacaranda Boulevard, La Horquetta.

One of the men pulled out a gun and shot Grant twice - once in the head and once in the groin area.

He later died.

Police are currently searching for the men involved in the two killings.
