Petrotrin’s Board has committed to taking decisive action following independent confirmation of the discrepancy between reported oil production in its Exploration and Production Operations, and the actual production receipts at Pointe-a-Pierre discovered by the Company’s Internal Audit Department earlier this year.

Further increases in NIS rates, and extending the age of retirement are two of the measures being considered for implementation at the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago to treat with its mounting financial woes.

The T&T Under-20 ladies made a winning start to their build up programme towards next January’s crucial World Cup Qualification Tournament to be hosted here in T&T.

The pupil pulled one over on the teacher as Nigel Grosvenor’s Queen's Royal College couldn’t deliver the win over his former school, St. Anthony’s College, and their new coach, Ron Daniel, as the Tigers advanced to next week's North Zone Inter-Col Final against St. Mary's College.
