Scouting puts children on the right path.

So says President of the Scouts Programme, Commodore Anthony Franklin, who believes that his charges can make a difference in Trinidad and Tobago.

His opinion is shared by the President of the country, Anthony Carmona, who called on these youthful ambassadors to use their influence to change the face of this land.
