'Great Africans In History' Essay Competition - Retired Teacher Works To Revive African History

Black boys and girls need to be reminded of their history, and by extension their value, to truly free themselves from the shackles that slavery and colonialism have left to this day.

It's with this thinking that retired teacher Garth Nicholas founded the "Great Africans in History" Essay Competition to challenge Secondary School students to learn more about their culture and ultimately improve their perception of "self."
