TOBAGO HOSTS SECOND EDITION OF PAN PASSION

The Ministry of Tobago Development in collaboration with Pan Trinbago hosted the second edition of one of its signature events, Pan Passion, this past weekend.

The event was attended by some of the key persons in the pan fraternity. Patricia Nicholson was there and filed this report.
