TTYC Works to Improve Youth Advocacy

The Trinidad and Tobago Youth Convention took place on Friday at the UWI Sports & Physical Education Centre at UWI St Augustine. The forum was focused on giving youth a forum to share their views and make suggestions on solutions to the challenges faced here in our twin island republic. Nikoli Edwards is the Vice Chairperson Policy, Advocacy and Projects for the Commonwealth Youth Council spoke to us about the event.

It has a Caribbean Children's Cancer Fund that assists young persons who have been diagnosed with Cancer by providing them with the necessary care and treatment they need to fight this dreaded disease.
