CPDC Working Towards Policy Development In the Caribbean

The third meeting of Caribbean States and European Union (CARIFORUM-EU) Consultative Committee of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) will take place on November 6-7 at the Trinidad Hilton and Conference Centre. Arend Biesebroek, Head of the EU Delegation to Trinidad and Tobago will bring remarks at the event, we spoke to Gordon Bispham, Executive Director of the Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) about the event and some of the work his organisation does in the region.
