Scotland supports Accessing Interpretation Summons

Attorney Keith Scotland says he is in support of the move by the government to go to the court next week to get an interpretation summons as a means of resolving the 53 part-heard matters left by former chief magistrate Marcia Ayers Caesar. Scotland has seven clients who were affected when Ayers Caesar was promoted to a high court judge and later resigned and hence he said he is an interested party in the matter. We spoke to him on Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago today.
