The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) has various committees made up of leaders and professionals in the Financial and Accounting arena.

The Taxation Committee is responsible for advising on changes in tax legislation, facilitating tax training and maintaining a formal link with the Minister of Finance and Board of Inland Revenue, amongst others.

And while the discussions of late have been centered on the CLICO fiasco, worries over the sea bridge and the resulting investigation in the process, we're also nearing that time - the end of fiscal 2016-2017 and the presentation of the budget for 2017-2018.

Two of ICATT's Exective members, Keith Robinson of PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and Shivanand Deopersad of Deloitte, join Verna Bharath on set to discuss finance and the economy.
