Therapist: Positive Conflict Resolution Needed in Workplaces across T&T

Hannif Benjamin, the Head of the Centre for Human Development, spoke to Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago host Dike Rostant about the importance of making a conscious effort to engage in positive conflict resolution in workplaces across the country. Benjamin also expressed concern about the rapid rise of contract workers in Trinidad and Tobago, which he says is a breeding ground for uncertainty in the minds of employees.
