Professor Patrick Watson, the current Director of the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social & Economic Studies at UWI ST Augustine, speaks about his Institute’s 18th Annual Conference. This conference is held annually and is rotated among the 3 campuses. It is used as a platform to showcase scholarly and other products related to Caribbean development. The theme for this year’s conference is 'Small Nations, Dislocations, Transformations, Sustainable Development in SIDS'.
