(GMTT) - Citizens Can Only Submit Possessed Documents For Valuation Of Property

Although citizens have been presented with an exhaustive list, they can only submit information that they possess when returning the Valuation Return Forms. This from Valuation Surveyor Dr. Sunil Lalloo. Dr. Lalloo stressed however that the valuation forms must be returned as there are penalties attached to not doing so.
 
As to why residential valuations are being done before commercial ones, Dr. Lalloo says valuating commercial properties requires the use of a significant amount of resources so it may be more practical to begin with residential properties.
