Panday speaks about Eliminating Preliminary Enquiries

Former Minister in the Ministry of National Security, attorney Subhas Panday, has urged Government to exercise caution with some of the amendments being put forward in the Miscellaneous Provisions (Trial by Judge Alone) Bill. Speaking on Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago today Panday said some of the amendments might not have a positive effect on dealing with the issues with the criminal justice system.
