TUCO President Comments on Carnival Allocation

President of the Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Organisation (TUCO) says the 25% cut in allocations to the National Carnival Commission (NCC), will mean lower prize money for the winner at this year's Dimanche Gras competition and smaller stipends for calypso tent singers. Lutalo Masimba aka Brother Resistance was speaking on Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago was talking about TUCO’s plans for Carnival 2017 today.
