“Nothing in particular” that was the response of former Energy and Energy Affairs Minister Conrad Enill when asked about Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley’s recent Cabinet reshuffle. Mr. Enill says the Prime Minister would’ve assessed his Cabinet and decided that he wanted to focus on three major areas that are important to the population of T&T: works, energy and local government.
