(GMTT) Clinical Psychologist: Children Exposed To Explicit Sexual Content Can Develop Addictive Behaviour

Clinical Psychologist Marsha Yussuf says the exposure of pornography to children is a growing concern. Yussuf says “what we look at and read and direct our attention to influences our behaviour.” She therefore believes that children who are exposed to pornography, views on relationships and sexual behaviour will be influenced by such activities.

She says exposure to any explicit sexual content can “hook a child” and allow for the development of addictive behaviour.
