GMTT- Activist: "People Are Particularly Nervous About Child Abuse & Reporting It"

Former Senator and Women's Rights Activist Diana Mahabir-Wyatt is appalled at the negative responses that the mother, of the 11 year old girl who was allegedly being sexually groomed by an adult male, was receiving.

Mahabir-Wyatt defines sexual grooming as the approaching of a child by an adult to establish a relationship in order to have sexual contact with the child.

She says that people are particularly nervous about child sexual abuse and reporting it to the police.
