GMTT - Crime Primarily TTPS' Responsibility

The responsibility for law and order rests primarily with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).

This is the view of the former President of the Police 2nd Division Trevor Bailey. Speaking on crime in T&T Mr. Bailey says as soon as management and leadership issues within the TTPS are addressed there'll be an improvement in the quality of service they provide.
